We handle your document drafting needs from simple correspondence to complaints, motions, and non-party requests, to name just a few. All documents are proofread and meticulously edited. We can draft our own, or you may feel free to send your office’s custom templates or samples.
If you simply want someone to proofread or edit your document before you file it with the court, we can do that, too.
Service of Process
From start to finish, we make sure your documents are served timely to the proper party. We can contact our own process server or follow-up with one you have a working relationship with already.
Electronic & Physical Court Filing
Your document is now ready to go. Don’t stress over the various complicated Georgia e-filing systems. We have experience e-filing in them all, even federal.
Document can’t wait or e-filing isn’t available? Don’t panic. We can physically file your document as long as it is within a reasonable distance and time-frame.
